1. Delivery time
    All orders will be processed and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (holidays may be postponed).
    In case of stock shortage or custom-made goods, we will notify you of the estimated delay time via email myeer@fdwbracelet.com.
  2. Shipping and Logistics
    Shipment location: Domestic warehouse in the United States, with full domestic transportation throughout the journey.
    Logistics partners: USPS/UPS/FedEx (Automatically match the best plan based on order weight and address).
    Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the waybill number, allowing you to check the delivery status in real time.
  3. Delivery time and cost
    Standard delivery: 3-7 working days (after shipment)
    Express delivery: Optional, but additional charges apply
  4. International orders
    Currently, only intra-United States delivery is supported. The policy will be updated when international transportation is opened up in the future.
  5. Handling of delivery issues
    Address error: Please ensure the accuracy of the information filled in. If the item is returned due to an error, the shipping fee will need to be paid again.
    Lost/Damaged package: Please contact myeer@fdwbracelet.com and provide the order number. We will assist with claim or reissue.
